beads and more beads
Beads. I absolutely love working with quality beads and when I say quality beads just what do I mean? I mean smooth , highly colored/pigmented, artisan quality, preferably hand made glass beads. I love fauceted beads because I love how they pick up light but I adore crackled beads and beads with tapered ends and decorative accents built into them like streams of gold or silver bands or glass hand blown shaped beads and larger lamp work beads.
I love to use 6mm size and upward. though lately seed beads have come into play a great deal to add dedication or length to a project that doesn't need more detail but needs to look cohesive. I love beads with smaller holes for wire or fishing line but I totally have loved the projects like done if the plant stakes they call for large house beads like your find on charm bracelets and such .
I buy most of my beans on Amazon business. though Etsy has hundreds of bead sellars that have exquisite taste and talent in both making and picking beads. especially people that sell the blended bead lots where they hand puck several beads that look cohesive so you can simply use them to bead with.
I love moda beads they've got .5 to 1.5 and 2 pound bead mixes or bead soup that are stunning and glass quality up very high.
other than that I'm not so picky.
what are some beads you enjoy using ? let me know and drop me a link to one it done if your favorite bead buying ships and I'll buy beads from each one this year and leave a review and let them know you sent me, and at the end of May I'll draw 3 names from all those tho enter a link and tell her why it's there go to bead foot and the runners will win 2 pounds 1 pond and a 1/2 of bead soup for sharing their favorites.
