Something new
When I started this whole thing I was exasperated had just survived a harrowing intimate partner violence long term abuse situation, jobs were all over I was either over qualified, under qualified or had imposters syndrome and was applying to dozens a day only to come up empty handed and broke over and over again. I was far from myself, I had very little hope built up after having zero and literally being suicidal and wishing for death because it was better than waking up being smothered or being punched through a pillow so the bruises wouldn't be as bad by someone who had 200 pounds on me and was over 6 feel tall. All I knew was nothing else was working, it soothed me music started coming back and my hands were busy enough my mind quieted when I picked up the cold glass beads and planned where to wrap them and i found joy in the sparks that crystal prisms were throwing across the office area when the sun hit them.
So I invested.
I took every penny, every dollar and I started buying beads and prisms and jewelry findings. I followed other artists I inhaled Pin interest and YouTube DIY vids from some of the suncatcher goats Vanir Creations is one I've followed the entire time.
I watched and learned and bought supplies and thought different supplies [. I built pieces of artwork and tire then apart to rebuild them better, longer, lighter, with add ond like jewelry so they be dual edged and one of a kind.
I wrote business plans, stories, and pieces to add to my arsenal . im selling on my websites and my blogs and on social networks. And how I'm here .Applying to farmers markets and art walks and flea market buildings . 10 by 10 spots and parking spots and I need to build displays and counters and worry about more insurance for God knows what.
And did I mention, I literally have no idea what I'm doing but I'm at the same time closing my vintage business and also trying to get my paralegal.
I don't intend to lose if I'm new to this game, I'm not quitting and I'm not leaving in the losers corner .
So here my first wire scene by hand that I'm trying on for size.
And so...
Forward march we've got sales to make!
